Hi, No this one is for a queen sized mattress, Queens meausure 60" But I just sold this one this morning. I have a few more in my shop that will work for a full that are not done yet, you are welcome to come look and then pick your color!!!! And I will be posting a black complete bedroom set today with chest dresser nightstand and headboard.
I love this one, too. I just need measurements. I measured my daughters bed and it is about 52 inches wide. Do you think this would work?
